さて、今月この日で丸２年となった【特定非営利活動法人動物解放団体リブ】の代表者であった、目黒峰人氏による、（ひよこつり⇒ひよこ釣）と称しての、ピヨピヨカンパニー主宰の２０２１年３月２０日開催のピヨピヨフリーマーケットのポスターから、一切ピヨカンへ連絡する事無く目黒氏の脳内において勝手な解釈をした悪意のある文言をＳＮＳ:インスタグラム:フェイスブック等に拡散された事により巻き起こった事件。
ピヨカンからの連絡から逃げ回る事、本日で丸２年。
当時目黒氏の文言を信用してピヨカンへの苦情をメールでご連絡頂いている方々への定期連絡として下記の文面をお送り致しました。
ただ、既にその当時使用していたメールアドレスが使用されていない方もいる事から年々少なくなりつつありますが、ピヨカンからの目黒峰人氏との進捗状況をお伝えしておきました次第です。

（有）ピヨピヨカンパニーの森下です。
さて、２０２１年２月２３日においての【特定非営利活動法人動物解放団体リブ】と【政治団体アニマリズム党】の当時・代表者を名乗り理事でもあった目黒峰人氏が事実確認を一切せずに無責任に拡散しました、当社主催のピヨピヨフリーマーケット＜２０２１年３月２０日開催＞ポスター内における＜ひよこつり＞についてのその後は、定期的にその都度、皆様方へお知らせしている通りでございます。
あれから丸２年が経過しましたが、この１年の現状は以下の通りです。
①・ピヨピヨカンパニーからの電話は相変わらず着信拒否。
②・元・政治団体アニマリズム党で会計をされていた方と【特定非営利活動法人動物解放団体リブ】の最新の会計担当者と直接連絡。
③２０２１年３月１９日に目黒氏が【政治団体アニマリズム党】として、お話しの会を開催した、ジャスミンカフェの経営者に連絡。
④・２０２３年１月６日に目黒峰人氏のお父様と話す。
さて、２０２２年２月２４日～今日の２０２３年２月２３日迄の間に、当社：ピヨピヨカンパニー森下と、目黒峰人氏との進捗状況に付いてお知らせをさせて頂きますね。
まずは、２０２１年２月２３日以降～彼らの団体がどのような軌跡を辿って今に至っているのか、又、その活動実態に付いて時系列に沿って当社が調べた事実及び、彼らの団体に在籍していた方及び現在も在籍している方々からの御連絡も交え裏取をした内容も併せてお伝え致します。
毎月善意の皆様方から頂いた金額は以下の通りです。

南日本編ではすっかり、ユーチューブ動画に付いては、＜準備中＞と記載して、現在に至るまで全く放置されています。
なんだかんだと、和歌山にある白浜アドベンチャーワールドは、問題が多いのでと１３回も通ったと記載していた施設でさえ、放置されています。
＜準備中＞と記載している限りは、映像は撮影されていると判断しますが、２０１８年１１月１日以降、一切の作業を放棄しているのは一体・・・？？？
放置は５年目へと突き進んでおります。

２０２１年３月５日に、動物解放団体リブに対してピヨカンが行った７つの質問状を、リブのFacebookに投稿したら、速攻で削除された。

２０２１年３月１９日【金】は目黒峰人氏が主催するアニマリズム党が、所在地として住所を貸してもらっているジャスミンカフェでのお話しの会がＰＭ７:００～始まる前の、ＰＭ６：００過ぎにカフェの電話から本人を呼び出してもらうにあたり＜ピヨカンからの電話に対し着信拒否をしていた為＞まずは、会計担当のＳ氏の名前を出しましたが、まだ来られていないとの事で、目黒峰人さんは来られてますか？と言う形で呼び出したら・・・ごにょごにょ口ごもる等、情けない受け答えをした内容に付きましての詳しくは、荒らし警告板の（鶏の通常の掲示板より転記の2021/04/01(木曜)Re: もりちゃんご苦労様、、、ジャック - 2021/03/22(Mon) 14:35 No.25573を参照下さいませ。

【 『風と共に自由号』 逝く】
とうとう壊れてしまいました。
日本一周！動物園水族館調査のために43万9000円で購入、支援者の方に『風と共に自由号』と名付けていただきました。
北海道から九州まで車中泊をしながら、動物の現状を記録するために旅をしました。
最近は、ドアが閉まらなくなり、ラジエターが割れ、トランスミッションにジャダーが出、左の前タイヤが取れるかもしれないと、満身創痍でした。
こまめにオイルを替え、修理もしてきたのですが、全部直すと数十万円かかると言われました。
残念ながら限界でした。
『風と共に自由号』のおかげで、多くの動物たちの現状を伝えることができました。
いろいろな思い出の詰まった車とお別れするのは悲しく、寂しいです。
どうもありがとう。
活動用の車泊ができる車を探し、幸運にも程度の良いを見つけることができました。
もうすぐ納車になります。

が、確かに２つの協会内では重複した共通する役員が在籍していたとの事なので、言わずもがなである。

この後、２０２２年８月に清水碧現代表が目を泳がせた素振りでユーチューブにおいて、今までは毎月収支を発表していたが今後はユーチューブを通じてお伝えすると公表。
又、９月のユーチューブでは、毎月の収支は今後１年に１回の公表にすると、言い訳の如く話しておりましたが、何時〆て、いつ発表するのかも公表せず、しかも、その画像すら既に見る事が出来なくなっておりますので、今後一切公表するつもりが無いのであろうと思われます。
古い支援者の方々からは、設立当時、収支はガラス張りにすると言っていたにも関わらず、今では既にブラックBOXと化してしまっているとのご意見これあり。
しかし、通常の会社や団体では無い【特定非営利活動法人動物解放団体リブ】なのですから、会計内容は明るくしなくてはなりません。

ピヨカンの方へ動物解放団体リブの初期から資金協力をされていた方より直接連絡を頂き、ピヨカンの森下がコツコツ事実を書いていた【荒らし警告板】の記録をつぶさにご覧頂き、激しく同意されると共に、多大なる応援を頂く事となりました。
代表者：目黒峰人氏より、罵詈雑言を受けたり、メンタル的に人格否定する文言をぶつけられたりして、リブを離れた方や、まだ関係を続けている方々等も含め、憤懣やるかたない方々から広く情報をお寄せ頂き森下が代理で書き込む方向で大きく舵を切る事となりました。
又、リアルタイムに新たな情報が入り次第、代理記載する方向で【動物解放団体リブにモノ申す掲示板】を2022/04/21(Thu) 14:11（木曜）に、発足するに至る。
レディーフォーを介して２０２０年６月１５日～７月２３日までに集まった金額：クラウドファンディングで集めた１７６万円に対して、約束していたイルカの本の執筆を反故にしていた為、クラファンを主催しているレディーフォーへの苦情が高まり、２０２２年５月に返金騒ぎへ。
しかし返金を希望する方においては２０２２年６月２０日迄と言う１か月程度の期間しか与えず、自身が約束していたイルカの本は、２０２２年１２月末日までに書くと公言し、２０２３年３月に送付すると言うが果たして？
動物解放団体リブが、ウエブ上で公開している皆様からの資金提供に付いてのトータルは７,７８８,９８１円＋非公開の＜２０２１年＞２月：３月：４月：８月：９月：１０月＜２０２２年＞４月：５月：６月：７月：８月：９月：１０月：１１月：１２月＜２０２３年＞１月と１６か月分の収入は？⇒単純計算で１ヶ月２０万円としても３２０万円か？
見えている数字だけで、１１,７９７,９８１円＋【３２０万＝約１５００万円か？】
しかし、莫大な収入を得るも・・・
和歌山県の太地町で、どう見てもヨタヨタの迷い犬と見て取れるゴールデンレトリーバーが目黒氏の横を通り過ぎた際にも、チラリを見ただけで何ら救助する素振りも見せなかったという事は、団体の中においては有名な話だとの事。
この事は当時現場にいた方からの情報であり、上記記載のリブの会計担当者様からも言質取れてます。
結果的に、現状においては猫１匹犬一匹、いかなる生き物をも救ったという実績は一切ありません。
しかも、目黒峰人氏から清水碧氏に代表が変わってからと言うもの、生き物を救う？解放すると言った大義名分は何処へやら、現状では【ヴィーガン普及に心血を注いでいる】のかしら？と思えて仕方ありません。
まぁ～それはそれとして・・・
この様に多くの生き物を救いたいという皆様からの善意の資金が現状不透明な流れであるにも関わらず、目黒峰人氏のお給金は、代表を清水碧氏変え、同居を始めてからと言うもの、どんどんお手盛り？で増額しているという事実のみが真実です。
そして現在、明らかにピヨカンが目黒氏のお父様とお話しして後の行動におきまして、目黒峰人氏は、自身の個人で作成していたSNSを閉じたり、自身が多くの意見を書き込んでいたサイトの意見を削除していますね。
【ここからは冒頭の①～④の補足です。】
２０２２年の１２月に、【アニマリズム党】で会計をされていた元の担当者だった方や、【特定非営利活動法人動物解放団体リブ】の最新の会計を担当した方にも直接電話でお話しをお聞きしましたら、レシートや領収証を見た事が無いという驚愕の事実をお聞き致しました。
２０２２年１２月６日に、ジャスミンカフェの経営者の方とお話ししました所、２０２１年３月１９日の開催日の＜お話しの会＞以降、一切目黒氏より連絡が無いという事も、お聞きしました。
この方は、アニマリズム党へ寄付をされていて、その住所はアニマリズム等の、＜所在地＞として使わせてもらっている関係上、元・会計さん曰く、使用料と寄付金を、ほぼ相殺している形だとの事。⇒それにしてもこれって不義理な事ですよね?
今年２０２３年１月６日には目黒氏の、岩手県の実家に連絡を取った際に、本人は不在でしたが、【お宅はどちらさん？
どういう関係の人ですか？】と、問われましたので、一連のピヨカンへの言われなき中傷と多くの皆様方から人的＆金銭的に支援を頂いていたにも拘らず罵詈雑言等で、多くの人心を傷つけ多くが離れて行き、孤立を深めている件、クラウドファンディングの約束事を守らなかった為に、集めた１７６万円の返金問題に発展した件等、全て正直にお伝え致しました所、父曰く、本人は思い込みが激しいので・・・
又、イルカの本の方は、見出しをちらりと見たが、とてもまとまりそうに無いとは思っていたとの、的確なご意見も頂きました。
そして現在も、ピヨカンが接触をして来た目黒氏に近しい方々へはピヨカンへ直電話をして頂ける様、着信拒否を解除する様に
との伝言をしてはおりましたが・・・・
はい、もちろん本日現在も、一切何の連絡も頂けていないという事が現状です。
尚、現在における目黒峰人氏の、当初の団体の目的＆趣旨から逸脱して資金は求めるが結局何も成し遂げる事が無いと言う姿勢から、大口の資金提供者である方から２月２８日【火】を期限に、これ迄に提供貸与していた金員の一部や物品の返還を求められており、今後の流れ次第では裁判に移行する場合もありえます。

Now, on February 23, 2021, Mr. Meguro Minehito, who was the then representative and director of [NPO Animal Liberation Organization Lib] and [Political Organization Animalism Party], irresponsibly spread the information about "Chick Fishing" in the poster for the PiyoPiyo Flea Market hosted by our company without any fact-checking. We have been notifying everyone of the situation on a regular basis from time to time.
Two full years have passed since then, and the current situation over the past year is as follows.
①・Calls from PiyoPiyo Company are still being rejected.
② Directly contacted the former accountant of the political organization Animalism Party and the current accountant of the NPO Animal Liberation Organization.
③ Contacted the manager of Jasmine Cafe, where Meguro held a talk as the political organization Animalism Party on March 19, 2021.
④ Spoke with Meguro Minehito's father on January 6, 2023.
Now, from February 24, 2022 to today, February 23, 2023, we would like to inform you about the progress between our company, Piyo Piyo Company Morishita, and Meguro Minehito.
First of all, we will tell you about the trajectory that their organization has taken since February 23, 2021, and the facts that we have investigated chronologically about the actual activities of their organization, as well as the information we have confirmed, including contact with people who were and are currently members of their organization.

In the Southern Japan edition, the YouTube videos are listed as "in preparation" and have been completely neglected up to now.
For some reason, even Shirahama Adventure World in Wakayama, a facility that was listed as having been there 13 times because of the many problems, has been neglected.
As long as it says "in preparation", I assume that the footage has been taken, but why have they abandoned all work since November 1, 2018...? ? ?

On February 23rd, without any confirmation from Piyokan, he spread the information on Instagram, Facebook, SNS, etc. based on his own assumptions, calling it chick fishing, and causing a nuisance.

However, during this period, he called for donations for broken-down cars as shown below, but there is no record of how much was collected.
In the end, the purchase price was paid from the 1.76 million yen.
On March 5, 2021, Piyokan posted the seven questions to the animal liberation group Liv on Liv's Facebook page, but they were quickly deleted.
