４月７日（月）に目黒氏＆現代表の碧氏に直接会いました。

さて、本日迄、皆様方には現状をお伝えしてきておりませんでしたが、ここに全て詳らかにお伝えしたいと思います。

４月７日（月）にまずは、丹波篠山へ行き、自分の車を残し、友人の車で長野県の【特定非営利活動法人動物解放団体リブ】の事務所兼自宅へ。
別働で、神奈川県の女性は、昨年１２月に訪れた木曽警察署の署員に会って後、私達と合流して彼らの事務所を尋ねました。
（現・代表）の目黒碧氏には【宅急便で送付された５０万円の現金】の行方と、賛助会員（実際には賛助会員になっていなかった）として納めた３年分６万円と、イルカの本を書くとしてクラウドファンディングへの２０万円の送金分は、約束不履行になった後の返金連絡も無く、電話の着信拒否もされている、この件も合わせてきちんと調べて返事をするとの事でしたが、果たして・・・。
当日はそのまま駅に送らせて頂き帰路に着かれました。
その後、埼玉県へ猫５匹のレスキューに向かい、兵庫県丹波篠山に戻り自分の車に乗り換えて９日ＡＭ９:３０に戻るという日程で行動しておりました。

まず初めに・・・

４月７日（月）ＰＭ４:３０分～ＰＭ５：００過ぎまで、【特定非営利活動法人動物解放団体リブ】の事務所兼自宅にて、目黒峰人氏と、途中戻って来た（現・代表の目黒碧氏）に直接会いまして、今までのピヨカンに対する行動に付いての指摘と、今後の（有）ピヨピヨカンパニーに対する、＜謝罪＞についての取り決めをして参りました。
しかし謝罪文面を作成する力が無いと見て、当方から目黒氏の目線に立った文面の謝罪文を作成して、【特定非営利活動法人動物解放団体リブ】の事務局に送信するとしておりました。

４年以上に渡るピヨカンからの連絡拒否に対して、心を入れ替えたとでも言うのでしょうか、普通に私が戻ると伝えていた４月９日のＰＭ２:１０に、初めて【特定非営利活動法人動物解放団体リブ】からのメールを受け取りました。
内容的には、４月中に和歌山で会いたい旨。

長距離運転で疲れていたので、そのメールに気づき、返信したのが４月１０日のＡＭ１:１０の事。

【ピヨカンからの返信内容は以下の通り。】

以下の文面を作成してみました。
この内容でいかがでしょうか?
又、当方としては、早急に謝罪文面の掲載をして頂ければそれで良いのですが。
それでもと申されるのでしたら、４月は雛の入荷もあり、お迎えに来る方々との日程の調整もありまして、かなり忙しいので・・・
しかも、その忙しい時期なのに、東京に行かなければなりません！！！
４月１８日（金）朝１０時頃に和歌山を出て深夜あたりから４月２０日（日）昼頃迄、東京都大田区平和島の方へ出向き滞在致します。
その際、滞在する場所から近い場所に【ジョナサン平和島店】があります。

【非営利法人動物解放団体リブ】からのお知らせとお詫び
和歌山県に足を運んだ際、和歌山城公園内の童話園・掲示板に張られていた（有）ピヨピヨカンパニーの主催する２０２１年　３月２０日【土・祝日】開催の第２６回ピヨピヨ♡フリーマーケットポスターを見つけて撮影し、その中に記載されていた（ひよこつり）の文言と（ひよこ）の画像に注目しました。
ポスター内に記載のあった主催者の連絡先に（ひよこつり）とはどういったものなのかを直接電話やメールで確認をすれば良かったのですが、皆様方には団体の主張のみの文面を２０２１年　２月２３日（火）に、サイト上に掲載し拡散してしまいました。
＜大まかな内容は以下の通り。（原文のまま）＞
【イベントで「ひよこつり」が行われ、釣られた＜ひよこをくばるようです。】
又、和歌山県内のこのフリマに関係しているであろうと思われる役所２か所の電話番号も合わせて公開。
今後も開催しない様に協力を求めた文言を掲載した結果、多くの賛同者の方々が和歌山県内の役所に電話をしたと思われる。
主催者の方へも多くの方々がメールや直接電話をしたと思われる。

しかし、この内容を拡散した当事者である私、【非営利法人動物解放団体リブ】の当時の代表理事である目黒峰人は、ポスター内に記載のあった主催者側の電話番号やアドレスに直接の電話やメールもする事無く、事実確認をしないままに上記の内容をサイト内で拡散し、多くの心ある方々を煽った形となってしまいました。

拡散後の２０２１年　３月１９日（金）に主催者側である、（有）ピヨピヨカンパニー代表の、森下和代氏から電話が入り、初めて対峙した際も、正しい受け答えが出来なかったばかりか、着信拒否及びサイトへの閲覧ブロックを長年続けて参りました。
その後、２０２４年１２月　２日（月）に長野県へ来たという事はポストに入っていた書面で分かってはいましたが、それでもまだ主催者側への連絡をしないまま、２０２５年　４月　７日（月）のＰＭ５：００過ぎに再び、事務所（自宅兼用）への訪問を受けて、初めて対面により今迄の経緯に付いての真意を問い質されました。
①・連絡をせず事実確認をしないままに拡散した件に付いては全く弁明できず。
②・電話の着信拒否と、サイト閲覧のブロックに付いても、その様にしてしまったと返事をしました。
森下氏からは、拡散された内容は全く事実無根である事、又、和歌山市内のお役所の方々の業務に多大なる御迷惑をおかけした事への叱責と、連絡が取れない為、こうして出向くしかなかったと言われ、自身の今迄の行いを恥じました。

今回の、この謝罪文の掲載にあたりましては、（有）ピヨピヨカンパニー代表者である森下和代氏からの申し入れを受け入れて、この書面の掲載から１年間公開し、満了する１年後に（有）ピヨピヨカンパニーのＨＰ内にある、【荒らし警告板】及び【リブにモノ言う掲示板】の削除を相互に了承し、これをもって和解とする約束の下、今般の謝罪文の掲載に至りました。

この事案におきましては、４年前の当時に御協力頂いた多くの皆様方にも不完全なままの情報を拡散してしまい誠に申し訳ありませんでした。
今後は気になる事柄を見つけた場合には、相手側に直接電話、又は直接訪問をしてお互いの意見を述べて話し合いをする事で双方の考えをぶつけ合う。
その上で納得いかないと言う場合に限り、初めてサイト上に掲載（拡散）する事により、より多くの皆様方からの様々な角度からの御意見を頂戴出来ますれば幸いです。
又、自身も精進して参ります事を此処にお約束致します。

４月１９日（土）の、東京の件は了承致しました。
尚、今般お送りした掲載文面の＜ひな型＞の内容に付いて検討頂き、最終的に取りまとめた文面を掲載して頂く事が、双方の歩み寄り（和解）の第一歩です。
その上で、改めて直接会っての謝罪を！
と申されるのでしたら又、機会を設ける事も考慮させて頂きますが、そうでない場合には、お会いする事の必要性を何ら感じません。
又、お互いに忙しい身でしょうから、合理的に粛々と処理して頂けます様、宜しくお願い申し上げます。

御連絡をありがとうございます。
昨日４月２１日（月）は、東京から和歌山へＡＭ９：１０に戻って来まして、そのまま様々な仕事で忙殺され、メールを拝見できたのが、この時間となりまして申し訳ありませんでした。
さて・・・
現在、団体内で協議中との事ですが、既にお話し合いをされているのでしたら、（有）ピヨピヨカンパニーが主催する、２０２１年３月２０日≪令和３年≫：開催予告のフリマポスターに関しての、団体から放たれた誤った情報の流布は、その時点では＜金子さやか理事＞以外の理事や社員はもちろん、監査の方にも何も知らせてないままの発信であったのだろうとは思います。
しかしそれならば猶更その事象を重く見て頂けないといけません。
団体がネット上から発信する文言全ては、団体の総意（意思）である事は、今更言う事でも無いでしょうが、当然の事です。

下記の問題についても、しっかりと話し合って頂きたいものです。
①・当時の団体・代表理事の目黒峰人【金子さやか理事を含む＝ネット上に掲載する際に、背中越しに見ていた。】のその場の思い付きによって、他の理事や役員＆社員にも知らせる事無く、又、フリマポスターの中に記載のあった、（ひよこつり）の文言に付いても問題意識が芽生えたのなら、その事案に付いての団体内での精査及び確認・共有もなされなかったのか。⇒当時の役員・監査・社員の方々への確認の徹底をされたし。
【問題の起こった期間に役員であった方々】⇒何故か任期途中＜毎年１月１日～１２月３１日迄＞で誰かが辞めて新たに任に就いた方あり。≪２０２１年３月２０日開催のポスターに付いては、２０２１年２月２３日にネット上から拡散された。令和３年の事≫

②・拡散後、（有）ピヨピヨカンパニーから団体が管理するサイトへの書き込み文言の削除、電話の着信拒否・団体サイト閲覧へのブロックに付いては２０２５年４月７日（月）に直接長野県の事務所で当時の代表理事であった目黒峰人（氏）会った際、＜自分自身の判断でそのようにしてしまった。＞と申されましたが、団体を預る代表理事としての責任の重さに付いての周知徹底。

③・フリマポスター内の（ひよこつり）の、この文言だけで確認を一切しないで、当時の代表理事・目黒峰人（氏）個人の勝手な解釈をそのままネット上に公開するという事は、ひいては今後の団体の存続を危うくする事態にもなりかねないという危機感の欠如がある。⇒今後の運営上、サイトへの掲載時の文面に付いては何度でもしっかり確認する事を徹底されたし。
（⇒特に年・月・日の書き込みがビックリするほど誤っている場合も多し。）

④・監事及び他の理事の役割とは、団体が誤った方向に舵を切ろうとしているならば、それを未然に制止する役割を担っております。（代表者の勝手な判断のみで運営するならどうしようもない事でしょうが・・・）
その当たり前の機能がこの（ひよこつり）案件の時には作用しなかった、つまり名前だけの理事・監事であるならば、団体の体を　
成しません。⇒就任時の役員・監事の方々には、更なる団体への関心度を引き上げてもらいたい。

最後に・・・
常に団体の役員・社員全ての方々との日頃のコミュニケーションを図る事が最も団体を運営して行く中では大切な事です。
団体の役員は団体が引き起こす全ての事に責任を持つという事ですから、人選に付いても任期途中で退任される事の無い様に配慮されることを望みます。

なお、（有）ピヨピヨカンパニーから提案している＜【特定非営利活動法人動物解放団体リブ】からのお知らせとお詫び＞の文言
に付きましては、当方からの【ひな型】は４月１０日（木）に送付し、文面を１度修正して後、４月１３日（日）に完全版を、お送りしているところです。
又、ゴールデンウィークも挟みますし時期的にも良い頃かと思います。
最長で、５月１１日（日）迄にそれぞれの役員の方々と一度集まる等、実際に会って事情説明をされる事が、最も早い解決に至るのではないでしょうか?

以上ですので、引き続き早急に≪謝罪文：掲載≫の時期に付いて話し合われて下さいませ。
早急なお返事をお待ちしております。

尚、５月１１日（日）を経過しても何ら進展（謝罪文の掲載）が無いと言う場合には、誠に遺憾ではございますが、４月７日（月）にお会いした際にも伝えておりますが、法的な解決に移行する事を、ここに申し添えておきます。

まだ方針については時間がかかると言うだけで、具体的な状況説明もなく、又、日時の明示をしない内容。

＜方針が決定しましたら改めてご連絡差し上げます。＞⇒とありますが、期日に付いて、はっきり明言して頂けないのであれば、この頂いたメールは何の役にも立たないと言う事は、【特定非営利法人動物解放団体リブ】さんの方でも十分に理解されている事と思います。
現状において、全ての問題が生じた時点での理事・監事、及び現在の理事・監事全ての方々に連絡は取れているのでしょうね?
もし難航するのでしたら、当方から監事及び監査役の方々に連絡をお取りしても良いのですが、いかがでしょうか?

まずは期日について、日時を御指定下さいませ。
早急にお返事をお待ちしておりますので、宜しくお願い致します。

因みに、今でも彼らのサイトには、しっかりとブロックされたままです。

さて、早急にの返事はいつ来るのかな？

【「早急に」とは、非常に急いですぐにという意味の言葉です。具体的には、事態が差し迫っており、迅速な対応が求められる状況を指します。】

５月１１日の夕方～複数名の、新・旧それぞれの当時に役員・社員であった方～現在の役員・社員の方々に直電話をし、多くは留守電話でしたが、メッセージを残した結果、１１日～１２日迄には伝言を残した皆様から御連絡を頂きました。
はい、その内容は明白で、４月７日（月）～５月１１日（日）＆１２日（月）の間において、何方も＜リブ事務局＞から、何の連絡も受けていないという事実。

そして、【2025/05/13 (火) 9:46】に＜リブの事務局＞から、５月２０日（火）に返事をする旨のメールが届きました。
さて、どの様なお返事を頂けるものか、楽しみにしておきます。

Well, up until today, I haven't been able to tell you about the current situation, but I would like to tell you everything in detail here.

First, on Monday, April 7th, I went to Tanba Sasayama, left my car there, and went to the office and home of [NPO Animal Liberation Organization Liv] in Nagano Prefecture in a friend's car.
After meeting with the officers from Kiso Police Station, who I had visited last December with a woman from Kanagawa Prefecture on a separate assignment, we met up and visited their office.
I had received a reply from (current representative) Meguro Aoi about the whereabouts of [500,000 yen in cash sent by courier], the whereabouts of the 60,000 yen paid as a supporting member for three years (when I was not actually a supporting member), and the 200,000 yen sent to the crowdfunding site for writing a book about dolphins, which had not been refunded after the promise was broken and the phone calls had been blocked, and that they would look into this matter and respond, but I wonder if that will be the case...
I dropped him off at the station that day and headed home.
After that, I headed to Saitama Prefecture to rescue five cats, then returned to Tamba Sasayama in Hyogo Prefecture, got into my own car, and returned by 9:30 AM on the 9th.

First of all...

On Monday, April 7th, from 4:30pm to just after 5pm, I met with Meguro Minato and (current representative Meguro Aoi), who had returned midway, at the office and home of [NPO Animal Liberation Group Liv], and pointed out his past actions towards Piyokan and agreed to an to Piyopiyo Company Ltd.

However, seeing that he did not have the power to write an apology, we decided to write one from Meguro's perspective and send it to the office of [NPO Animal Liberation Group Liv].

After Piyokan had refused to contact us for over four years, perhaps they had a change of heart, because at 2:10pm on April 9th, the day I had normally told them I would be returning, I received my first email from [NPO Animal Liberation Group Liv].

The email said that they wanted to meet in Wakayama in April.

I was tired from driving long distances, so I noticed the email and replied at 1:10 AM on April 10th.

Notice and apology from [Non-profit animal liberation organization Liv]
When I visited Wakayama Prefecture, I found and photographed a poster for the 26th Piyo Piyo♡ Flea Market, which was held on Saturday, March 20, 2021, sponsored by Piyo Piyo Company, which was posted on the bulletin board of the Children's Story Garden in Wakayama Castle Park, and I noticed the words "chick fishing" and the image of a chick.
I should have directly called or emailed the organizer's contact information listed on the poster to ask what "chick fishing" is, but on Tuesday, February 23, 2021, I posted and spread the text that only contained the organization's claims on the website.

[It seems that "chick fishing" will be held at the event, and the caught chicks will be distributed.]
The telephone numbers of two government offices in Wakayama Prefecture that are likely to be related to this flea market are also published.
As a result of posting a message asking for cooperation to not hold the event again, it is believed that many supporters called government offices in Wakayama Prefecture.

It is believed that many people also emailed or called the organizers directly.

However, I, Meguro Mineto, the then representative director of the non-profit animal liberation organization Liv, who was the party that spread this content, did not even call or email the organizers' phone number or address listed in the poster, and spread the above content on my website without checking the facts, inciting many kind-hearted people.

After the message spread, I received a call from Morishita Kazuyo, representative of Piyo Piyo Company, Ltd., one of the organizers, on Friday, March 19, 2021, and when I confronted her for the first time, not only was I unable to respond correctly, but I have been blocking her calls and blocking her site for many years.

After that, I knew from the document in the post that I had come to Nagano Prefecture on Monday, December 2, 2024, but I still had not contacted the organizers. Instead, I was visited again at my office (which I also use as my home) on Monday, April 7, 2025, just after 5:00 PM, and was questioned in person for the first time about the true intentions of the events up to that point.

① I was unable to provide any explanation for spreading the information without contacting them or checking the facts.

② I replied that I had blocked the calls and blocked the website.

Mr. Morishita told me that the information that had been spread was completely unfounded, scolded me for causing great inconvenience to the work of the government officials in Wakayama City, and said that he had no choice but to come here because he could not contact them, and I felt ashamed of my past actions.

In publishing this apology, we accepted a proposal from Kazuyo Morishita, representative of PiyoPiyo Company, Ltd., to make the document public for one year, and after one year has elapsed, we have mutually agreed to delete the "troll warning board" and "libido-speaking message board" on the PiyoPiyo Company, Ltd. website, and have agreed to publish this apology under the promise of settling the matter.

In this case, we are very sorry to the many people who cooperated with us four years ago for spreading incomplete information.
In the future, if we find something that concerns us, we will call or visit the other party directly and discuss it by expressing our opinions to each other, so that both sides can share their thoughts.
Only if we are still not satisfied after that will we post (spread) it on the website for the first time, and we would be happy to receive opinions from many people from various angles.
We also promise to continue to work hard.

At 4:22 PM on April 12, Liv said that they had plans for April 19 (and would contact you again after reviewing the message).

We have agreed to the Tokyo event on Saturday, April 19.
In addition, the first step towards compromise (reconciliation) between the two sides is for you to review the contents of the template for posting that we have sent you and publish the final version.
If you then request a face-to-face apology, we will consider setting up another opportunity, but if not, we do not see any need for a meeting.
Also, since we are both busy, we would appreciate it if you could handle the matter rationally and solemnly.

これは一体どういう事なのか、サッパリわかりません。
２０２４年１０月２９日に２名の理事を増やして、代表理事１名：理事４名＋監事１名の合計６名とし、目黒峰人氏と清水碧氏は２０２４年１１月１日に籍を入れ、登記簿への申請は１１月２８日【木】に行い、親族率を３３.３％としました。
これらは多分今秋の選挙の為の布石かもしれません。

２０２５年１２月２日（月）～１２月４日（水）の２泊３日⇒彼らの事務所（兼・自宅）へ。
【特定非営利活動法人動物解放団体リブ】の設立者で、現・理事の目黒峰人氏の住まう＜長野県木曽郡木曽町開田高原西野４４２７：事務所兼自宅＞へ、金額的に大きな額の被害に遭われた関東圏にお住いの７０歳代の女性を伴い出向きました。
しかし彼らは、この間、全く自宅に戻って来なかった為、会う事が出来ませんでした。
が、事務所のポストに、ピヨカンが今般女性の代理人となった事、女性の在籍期間中に付いて、決算内容及び領収証等に不備が無かったのか。
つまり、女性から送付された宅急便による現金５０万円その他、目黒氏が靴がボロボロなので靴が欲しいと言って、女性の住むマンションの下に車で出向き、８万円の現金を女性から受け取った事案等も含め、それらの現金での受け取り又、目黒氏の個人口座への直接送金した５０万円＋２０万円に付いても決算等の書類に正しく計上されているのかの確認をしたい旨の内容を記載した【委任状】をポストに残しましたが、今現在も何ら連絡はありません。
尚、今回は下記の機関の方々らに大変お世話になりました。
① ・長野県の県民文化部県民共同課ＮＰＯ課。
②・木曽税務署
③・木曽警察⇒宅急便で現金５０万円を送付した件は犯罪であると認定。
④・木曽役場(木曽町開田支所）
⑤・長野県猟友会⇒動物が可愛そう助けたいので、御寄付をぉ～～～！
と言いつつ罠猟の免許を取るのだと１１月１６日の大阪府茨木市にある立命館大学での講演での明言あり。
実際に２０２５年、２月１６日に既に罠猟免許を取得したと公表している事も矛盾してますよね？
　全くもって意味が分かりません。

立候補者割れで自分が出れば当選できると目論んでいる節が、彼の書き込む文言の端々に見受けられる。

独身なら国からもらうか、地方自治体から一生涯もらいたいのか何なのか?⇒いや！健康な男子なら働きましょうよ！
ただ、少し彼の肩を持つとすれば、自身のプロフイールに記載していたものの、これは不都合かと思い至ったものか、その後コッソリと削除していた、以下の文言かしら?

退院して、母と妹にお世話になりました。
混乱し、正常な判断ができず、本当に辛い日々でした。

それから後の２０２４年１２月１３日～１８日迄の間、オランダに招待されたのか、新婚旅行がてら行っていたのかは定かではありませんが、妻である現・代表理事の目黒碧氏が、何やら大きな犬を撫でている様なアピール写真をアップしています。
今度は犬の保護団体にでもすり寄っていく予定にでもしているのだろうか？
この団体はあくまでも【啓発】だけする団体であり、≪生き物を助ける事は決してありません。≫
なので、彼らがいつも使う手法である、（イルカを助けたい）・（クジラを助けたい）という言葉。
今後は（猫を助けたい）・（犬を助けたい）と言う名目で寄付をお願いする事があったとしても寄付をしてはいけません。
彼らは何も助ける努力をしませんし、今迄もそうでしたが、決して助けません。
寄付金はそのまま彼ら夫婦の生活費になるだけですので、その点はしっかりとお間違えの無い様に御注意下さいませ。
因みに、彼らの事務所（家）の周りは草ボーボーで、畑や花壇すら無く、無論、犬や猫も飼育してません。

又、先ごろ、元・インドネシアスカルノ大統領夫人の、デヴィ・スカルノ氏が＜政治団体＞「12（ワンニャン）平和党」を立ち上げると記者会見を開いておりましたが、もしや地方選挙へ出るよりも、目立ちたがり屋の目黒峰人氏は、中央のこの選挙に乗っかろうとする可能性も０では無いのでは？と、多くの彼らの被害者の方々も思い至っている模様です。

何だかんだと現状では、おおよそ２５００万円程の皆様からのご寄付を得て、残金は約１８０万円。
さて、現状において、彼らが何か生き物の為になる様な事をしましたか?

It has been four years since then, during which the irresponsible organization that spread the nuisance incident known as 'Hiyoko Tsuri' has continued. Four full years have passed since then, and the current situation over the past year is generally as follows: The Animalism Party has made corrections to documents that were officially submitted on April 24, 2021, and March 16, 2022, three years later. They have increased the amount by 120,000 yen for each year, accounting for all as office expenses to offset them. This seems to be a response to the concern raised on the Piyokan bulletin board regarding the lack of mention of the amount and the name of the sole donor to the Animalism Party. Please refer to the following: On April 24, 2021, only 16,214 yen was reported with no donor name. On March 16, 2022, only 22,770 yen was reported with no donor name. As usual, there has been no public announcement regarding the amounts of donations received from everyone between February 2024 and January 2025. During the main events from February 2024 to January 2025, Mr. Minato Meguro himself has hardly engaged in any activities, occasionally only acting in conjunction with his cohabitant (later: wife).

Also, during this trip, when I contacted the representative of the cat rescue organization they tried to reach out to, although the representative was absent during their visit, the volunteers felt uncomfortable about them coming without a gift and just taking photos. After that, from December 13 to 18, 2024, it is unclear whether he was invited to the Netherlands or if it was part of their honeymoon, but his wife, the current representative director Aoi Meguro, posted a photo of herself seemingly petting a large dog. However, it seems that many of their victims are considering the possibility that the attention-seeking Minato Meguro might try to ride on this central election rather than participating in local elections. 新しい２名の役員さん達ではありますが、いつ又、退任するか分からないといと言った状況ながら、新たな船出をした目黒峰人＆目黒碧の御夫婦なのでした。

さて、２０２１年２月２３日においての【特定非営利活動法人動物解放団体リブ】と【政治団体アニマリズム党】の当時・代表者であり、理事でもあった目黒峰人氏が、事実関係確認を一切せずに無責任に拡散した、当社主催のピヨピヨフリーマーケット＜２０２１年３月２０日開催＞ポスター内における＜ひよこつり＞について、憶測のみでやらかした案件に対して御意見を頂きました皆様方への定期の御連絡でございます。

あれから丸３年が経過しましたが、この１年の現状は概ね以下の通りです。

２０２３年２月～２０２４年１月迄の皆様方から寄せられた御寄付の金額等の公表は一切ございません。
と言いますか、もしかして寄付をしてくれている人だけにはメール等で連絡をしているのかも知れませんが、【特定非営利活動法人】としては失格ですね。
これからリブを知って、寄付をするかどうかと、迷うかも知れないであろう未来の協力者の方々に対して、これは完全にブラックのイメージが付きますよね。
と言っても、ハッキリ言って、ブラックでは無いと言い切れる人が実際の所いらっしゃるのかどうかは不明ではありますが・・・
さて、２０２３年２月～２０２４年１月迄の１２か月間の月平均のウッカリ寄付者の方々から２０万円を頂いていたとして、１２ヶ月で２４０万円。⇒<２０２４年の４月頃に提出される結果を見て、次回２０２５年２月２３日においての定期便にて御報告致します。＞

２０２３年２月２８日を期限とした、太客様からの返金請求及び、パソコン一式の貸与に付いての期限最終日の朝方AM＜2023/02/28 1:45＞に言い訳メールとトンチンカンな、上から目線でのメールがかろうじて届く。
パソコン一式は２０２３年４月６日付のヤマト運輸の送り状にて返送されて来たとの事。
中には何ら感謝や御礼の言葉の手紙はおろか、メモも無く、あまつさえ【送り伝票】に送付人の氏名すら記載しないと言う大人としての常識に欠ける振る舞を見せた。

又、２０２１の秋迄に完成するとして、クラファンで集めた１７６万円＜不履行でレディーフォーから指摘されて返金をするに至った案件。⇒返金額等の情報は一切公表せず。＞
２３年２月末頃に、ようやく完成したらしく、メール添付で送られて来たとの事。
しかし１０４１ページに及ぶ中身は殆ど他所（海外）からのパクリでとても著者から了解を得たとは考えられない事。
及び、自身の有言不実行＆パワハラ罵詈雑言等で離れて行った方々への恨み言は満載。

２０２３年５月２日付にて、長野県に拠点を移してから初の決算書が提出された
役員は何か思惑でもあったものか、途中で７名にしたものの退任して結局は４名に。
社員として１０名記載する部分では、前回までは、元・代表者であった目黒峰人氏がチャッカリと入っていた部分に、どうやら人材不足なのか、前代表の目黒峰人氏に加え、現代表の清水碧氏や・理事の村田友美氏の名前まで入れてギリギリ１０名。
議決権を持つと言われている正会員＜年会費１万円＞が、どうやら５名の様で、年間の入金額が５万円
社員となっている方々(ほぼ名義貸し）は、別に正会員さんでも何でも無い模様で、金額には全く表れていない。
賛助会員さんの年会費が正会員の倍の１万円多い２万円でも何故か議決権が無い。⇒これっておかしくないですか?
又、今迄において賛助会員様からの入金額が表面に出て来ていないのは一体どういう事なのか？
と言うよりも、ここの団体では設立当初から、決算時の項目に【賛助会費】がありません。⇒これ如何に?

さて、今回の申告内容を見る限りにおきましては、団体の口座に入って来る資金の全額に対して支出金額が上回る事により、前期からの繰り越し資金を食い潰しております。
現状、団体の登記所在地に同居されている前・代表の目黒峰人氏と現・代表の清水碧氏への役員報酬＆給与手当が右肩上がり＆家賃（事務所費として計上しているはず。）等で綺麗に消え去る構図

さて、そのアカデミーと言えば、下記の７日間、ネット配信でのみ開催された模様だが、その後は尻切れトンボ。
何と１回あたり２０８,０２１円と言う高額配信と言う結果に。
又、受講？していたのは毎回６～７名も居なかったのだとか。

「動物解放のための総合サイトを作りたい！」の名目で７６万円の寄付を集め、1年がかりでようやく完了したら「ウエブサイトリニューアル完了」に変わっていただけと言う結果に。
決算上では何処へ支払ったかは不明だが、何やら１１万円の支出が見られた。
が、果たしてその１１万円が作成費用だったのかも定かでは無い。
ただ、そうだとしたら残りの６５万円は何処へ？

尚、年々右肩上がりに彼ら２名の役員報酬や給料の金額が増えていったものの、最近の書き込みで、目黒氏は自分の収入では【生活保護】を貰えるとの書き込みあり。⇒アルバイトでもして少しは働いたら?と思うのは私だけでしょうか?
多くの皆様方から２０００万円近くの尊い御寄付を頂きながらも、未だに小さな命１つも救う事も無く、日々食い潰しているのが現状では無いのか？
と、合わせて本人に言ってやりたいが、はい、ピヨカンは常に着信拒否されており、彼らのほぼ全てのHP等々は全てブロックされております。
是非皆様方におかれましては、チャンスがあれば引き続き、ピヨカンの森下へ連絡をする様にとお伝え頂けますれば幸いです。
が、しかし現在では書き込みする項目も無くしているとの由。

Now, this is a regular message to all of you who have commented on the incident on February 23, 2021, when Mr. Meguro Minato, who was the representative and director of the NPO Animal Liberation Organization and the political organization Animalism Party at the time, irresponsibly spread the information about "Chick Fishing" in the poster for the Piyo Piyo Flea Market hosted by our company without any fact-checking, based solely on speculation.

Three years have passed since then, and the current situation over the past year is roughly as follows.

There has been no disclosure of the amount of donations made by everyone from February 2023 to January 2024.

Or rather, it may be that they are only contacting those who have donated by email, but they are not qualified to be a NPO.

This will give a completely negative image to future collaborators who may be wondering whether to donate after learning about Lib in the future.
That being said, it is unclear whether there are people who can honestly say that the company is not blacklisted...
Now, assuming that the average monthly donation of 200,000 yen from accidental donors over the 12 months from February 2023 to January 2024 was 2.4 million yen in 12 months. ⇒

[Major events from February 2023 to January 2024]
A request for refund from a major customer, which was due on February 28, 2023, and a nonsensical, condescending email barely arrived in the morning of the last day of the deadline for the loan of a set of computers, <2023/02/28 1:45>, with the deadline being February 28, 2023.
The set of computers was returned on a Yamato Transport shipping invoice dated April 6, 2023.
Some of them did not even include any letters of thanks or gratitude, nor did they include any notes, and they even did not write the sender's name on the shipping slip, behaving in a manner that lacks common sense for adults.

Also, 1.76 million yen was raised through crowdfunding, with the aim of completing the project by the fall of 2021.
It seems that the project was finally completed around the end of February 2023, and was sent as an email attachment.

However, most of the contents of the 1,041 pages are plagiarized from elsewhere (overseas), and it is hard to imagine that the author gave his consent.

It is also full of resentment towards those who left the company due to his failure to keep his promises and his abuse of power.

The first financial statement was submitted on May 2, 2023, since the company moved its base to Nagano Prefecture.

Perhaps for some reason, the number of executives was increased to seven, but they all resigned, leaving the number at four.
In the section listing the 10 employees, the former representative, Meguro Minehito, was included in the list until last time, but it seems that there is a lack of manpower, so in addition to the former representative, Meguro Minehito, the current representative, Shimizu Aoi, and director Murata Tomomi are included, making the total just 10.
There are apparently five regular members with voting rights (annual membership fee of 10,000 yen), and their annual contributions are 50,000 yen.
The employees (who are basically lending their names) do not appear to be regular members or anything, and the amount is not reflected at all.
Supporting members have an annual membership fee of 20,000 yen, which is 10,000 yen more than that of regular members, but for some reason they do not have voting rights. ⇒ Isn't this strange?
Also, what is the reason why the amount of money received from supporting members has not been shown up until now?
Or rather, since the organization was first established, there has not been an item of [supporting membership fee] in the accounting period. ⇒What about this?

Salary allowance: 1,890,000 yen ⇒ To former representative (currently: director and current employee) Meguro Mineto.

Legal welfare expenses: 262,848 yen ⇒ ⇒ Expenses associated with payments made to current representative: Shimizu Aoi and former representative (currently: director and current employee) Meguro Mineto.

In the previous fiscal year's financial statements, the number of beneficiaries for this organization was reported as 1,000-2,000 in 2019, 3,000-6,000 in 2020, 6,000-10,000 in 2021, and 200,000 in 2022, and there is no basis for these figures.

Now, as far as the details of this declaration are concerned, the organization's expenditures exceed the total amount of funds coming into its account, eating up the funds carried over from the previous fiscal year.

Currently, the executive compensation and salary allowances for the former representative, Meguro Minehito, and the current representative, Shimizu Aoi, who live together at the organization's registered address, are steadily increasing and are being wiped out by rent (which should be recorded as office expenses), etc.

= ... To hold the Animal Liberation Academy, crowdfunding was held from June 23rd to July 31st with a goal of 1,030,000 yen, and 1,456,147 yen was raised through a 15-minute, 15-second YouTube video.
Now, speaking of the academy, it seems that it was held only online for the following 7 days, but after that it was cut short.
The result was a high-cost broadcast of 208,021 yen per session.
Also, there were less than 6-7 people taking the course each time.

October 7th (Sat), 8th (Sun), 14th (Sat), 15th (Sun), 21st (Sat), 22nd (Sun), 28th (Sat)

760,000 yen was raised under the pretext of "I want to create a comprehensive website for animal liberation!", and when it was finally completed after a year, it was just changed to "Website renewal completed".
It is unclear where the payment was made in the financial statements, but there was an expenditure of 110,000 yen.

However, it is not clear whether the 110,000 yen was actually for the creation costs.

However, if so, where did the remaining 650,000 yen go?

In addition, the amount of the executive compensation and salary of these two people has been increasing year by year, but in a recent post, Meguro wrote that his income is enough to receive [welfare]. ⇒I wonder if I am the only one who thinks that he should get a part-time job and work a little?

Even though many of you have donated nearly 20 million yen to them, isn't it true that they are still squandering away their money day by day without saving a single small life?

２月１７日付で、太客・支援者の方から、パソコン一式の貸与分の返還請求を起こされ、３月３日のＰＭ２：４４に【金は返さないがパソコンは返す】という趣旨のメールが送られて来た。
４月６日【木】付で、パソコン一式は返還されたが、その際の送り伝票には、送付した名義人の記載なし。
だが、目黒峰人氏、自身の筆跡に間違いない.
⇒いつもながらの非常識⇒通常運転です。（笑！)

２０２３年２月に、【クラウドファンディングで１７６万円を集めたもの、クジラの本の作成約束を反故にして、返還請求をおこされ、準ファンドレーザーも退会し、２年ぶりにようやくクジラの本を作ったらしい。】んが！
全世界の著名人の著書から丸パクリの文面が殆どで１０００ページを埋め尽くし、自身の意見は１０ページ程度。

５月２２日【月】には、東京競馬場にてＧ１観戦に現・代表の清水碧氏＆目黒峰人氏の２名で楽しく観戦に行かれてました。

この様な中で、目黒峰人氏は、自分は１５,０００円の住まいに居住していると書いてますが、その家賃は当然ながら【動物解放団体リブ】の現・代表と同居しており、所在地も現在の住所にしているので、当然ながら、【動物解放団体リブ】の事務所賃料としての支払いです。
何を胸を張って、自分は節約しているアピールをしているのやら、片腹痛いとはこの事です。

で、更に２０２２年から現・代表の清水碧氏と同居すると同時にそれまでの【動物解放団体リブ】からの給料をお手盛りで、２倍にしてもらっていたのは皆様周知の事実です。

給与について
私の現在の給与は、アニマリズム党とは別の動物擁護活動で得ており、額面で7万円です。他に収入はありません。生活保護の受給を選択していませんが、条件を満たしています。なぜこの金額での生活が可能かというと、2017年、私が「私の人生の使命を動物解放とする」と決意し専従の活動家になったときに、今後必ず困窮状態になると予想し、家賃1万5000円の家に引っ越し、生活を切り詰めたからです。給与を上げた時期はありましたが、それでも一般の同年代の会社員よりもはるかに少ない給与で仕事をしてきました。
給料が良い仕事に就くこともできます。実際これまで働いた仕事先では必ず、就職を誘われました。そこで働いていれば、現在の何倍もの給料を得ることができ、生活もまともになっていたでしょう。
当然、将来の経済的保障は何もありません。

ま～日頃の行いと言うよりも、あまりにも何もしない＝動物を助けたいと言いつつも、【動物解放団体リブ】において、小さな命の１つも助ける事もせずに、今迄おおよそ２０００万円程の、皆様方からの尊い御寄付を頂いていたにも拘らず、現在財源不足なのか、【生活保護を受ける金額】の様に、書いてます。
が、皆様よぉ～く考えてみて下さいませ。
今の目黒氏自身の御年（丑年５０歳＆独身⇒大学を出たと仮定して、２２歳から数えて２０年は普通に仕事をしていたとして毎月の給料やボーナスで年間６０万円Ｘ２０年＝１２００万円の貯えがあると想定。
